The mission of the Black Belt Community Foundation is to forge a collective stream of giving from the community and other sources so we the people of the Black Belt can enhance our continuing efforts to lift ourselves by taking what we have to make what we need.

Black Tech Saturdays fosters a culture of innovation and imagination to support the growth of Black tech.

The Black Women and Girls Fund awards small grants to projects that support the well-being of or fight systemic barriers faced by Black women and girls. The fund is housed at the Baltimore Community Foundation. 

Detroit Development Fund (DDF) provides loans and technical assistance to small business owners, developers, building owners, contractors, and subcontractors who cannot get all of the capital they need from traditional financing sources.   

Through fellowships and other innovative leadership initiatives, Echoing Green spots emerging leaders and invests deeply in their success to accelerate their impact. We provide seed-funding and leadership development to a new class of Fellows every year and welcome them into a lifelong community of leaders.

Geaux Girl Giving is a collective of Black womxn, united in to close the giving gap, empower Black womxn & mobilize resources to create lasting change.

Ignite Capital is Innovation Works' bold and unique solution to address the critical gap in access to capital necessary to lead and grow sustainable enterprises. Ignite Capital aims to support historically underserved entrepreneurs in communities facing chronic disinvestments, which are also Baltimore’s greatest opportunity for growth.

Measured Capital is an early-stage venture capital fund specializing in investing in innovative companies beyond major tech hubs, particularly in the Southeast United States.

The Mezzanine Fund is the transformative investment firm dedicated to uncovering and unlocking the untapped potential of women and minority-owned, lower middle-market companies.
